We are looking for an experienced Attorney Recruiter to join a prestigious AmLaw firm in Washington, District of Columbia. This role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage comprehensive recruitment initiatives for legal professionals. Job Responsibility

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for attorneys, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Develop and execute strategies for the summer associate program, ensuring seamless planning and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze trends within the legal industry to inform recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools and other talent sources to enhance recruitment pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top legal talent
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, including campus and college engagements
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in law firm recruitment, particularly within the legal field
  • Extensive knowledge of the Washington, District of Columbia legal market
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and offer management
  • Familiarity with campus and college recruiting strategies
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
