Attorney or Senior Paralegal - WealthCounsel Experience

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Attorney or Senior Paralegal with strong WealthCounsel expertise to support our client in optimizing how we utilize the platform. This individual will serve as both a strategic consultant and hands-on contributor, evaluating current usage, streamlining processes, and building scalable workflows. This role will involve conducting a comprehensive review of existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and actively implementing solutions within WealthCounsel. The ideal candidate will not only design workflows and best practices but also execute and configure them directly within the system. Additionally, this individual will provide training and guidance to ensure the team can effectively maintain and utilize new workflows moving forward. The goal is to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and establish a strong operational foundation that supports growth.
