Robert Half is seeking a highly polished and experienced Attorney or JD to step in on an interim basis to support critical governance and board‑related legal functions. This role sits within the Legal organization and requires an attorney who can operate with sophistication, discretion, and confidence when interacting with senior leadership and board members. This is a high‑visibility position that will play a key role in maintaining governance responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the interim legal resource supporting corporate governance and board operations
Coordinate board‑related communications, documentation, and meeting logistics
Maintain governance records, resolutions, agendas, and required filings
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing governance materials
Act as a primary point of contact for board members and senior executives
Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal governance standards
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) – required
Prior experience supporting corporate governance or attorney-level corporate secretary functions
Exceptional polish, professionalism, and communication skills
Experience engaging directly with board members and senior leaders
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
