We are seeking an attorney to join a prominent law firm client in the Troy area. In this role, you will be handling a variety of litigation cases, including real estate, commercial, and construction litigation.
Job Responsibility:
Handle various litigation cases including but not limited to real estate, commercial, and construction
Apply your expertise in civil and commercial litigation to ensure the best outcome for clients
Proactively manage and drive cases to resolution
Prepare and present arguments and statements for litigation cases
Conduct thorough research and analysis on each case
Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute case resolutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the laws and regulations within the industry
Requirements:
Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney or lawyer
Demonstrated experience in civil litigation is mandatory
Proficiency in commercial litigation is highly desirable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Excellent client service skills
High degree of detail orientation and integrity
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
