Attorney/Lawyer

• Handle various litigation cases including but not limited to real estate, commercial, and construction
• Apply your expertise in civil and commercial litigation to ensure the best outcome for clients
• Proactively manage and drive cases to resolution
• Prepare and present arguments and statements for litigation cases
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on each case
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute case resolutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the laws and regulations within the industry

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar is required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney or lawyer
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation is mandatory
• Proficiency in commercial litigation is highly desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Excellent client service skills
• High degree of detail orientation and integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
