We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. This position requires a strong background in civil litigation and the ability to manage cases from start to finish. Job Responsibility:

  • Handle civil litigation cases, ensuring all legal processes are followed accurately and efficiently
  • Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct thorough discovery processes, including gathering evidence and preparing documentation
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions, advocating effectively on their behalf
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
