Job Description:

We are opening an opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part of our team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling various aspects of Family Law. You will be dealing with client interactions, drafting legal documents, and conducting detailed research. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our team and requires a high level of organization and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Handle Family Law cases, ensuring all necessary actions are taken in a timely and efficient manner
Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with accuracy and precision
Attend court for status hearings as required, maintaining professionalism and decorum
Engage in regular client-facing interactions, providing a high level of customer service
Conduct thorough research pertaining to each case to ensure all aspects are considered
Manage discovery process, effectively dealing with large volumes of documents and data
Perform detailed income analysis as part of the discovery process
Work collaboratively with partners and team members, taking direction as needed
Maintain a high level of organization in all tasks, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and updated

Requirements:

Must possess deep understanding and hands-on experience in Family Law
Proficiency in drafting agreements required
Experience in drafting various documents is essential
Expertise in creating legal documents is mandatory
Must demonstrate excellent skills in conversing with clients
