• Stay proactive in identifying new legal opportunities and expanding the firm's client base
• Utilize prior experience in both small and large firm environments to adapt to diverse challenges
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards, deadlines, and procedural requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial bankruptcy and litigation
• Proven ability to work independently and manage cases with minimal oversight
• Expertise in handling Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and creditor representation
• Solid experience in commercial litigation and landlord/tenant disputes
