Attorney/Lawyer

• Handle commercial litigation cases with a focus on construction defect issues
• Use Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat to manage and organize case files
• Prepare and present legal briefings and other relevant documents
• Utilize your skills in Conveyancer and Document Management to ensure efficient processing of legal matters
• Engage in business development activities to expand client base and increase company revenue
• Manage client complaints and administer claims effectively
• Leverage your knowledge in 3M and Consumer Electronics for case handling
• Participate in civil litigation processes and contribute to the achievement of favorable outcomes

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of detail oriented experience as an Attorney/Lawyer
• Proficiency in 3M is required
• Must have experience working with Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Case Management Software is necessary
• Expertise in Conveyancer is a must
• Ability to handle Document Management
• Experience in Briefing is expected
• Knowledge of Civil Litigation is required
• Ability to manage Claim Administration
• Must have experience in handling Complaints
• Familiarity with Consumer Electronics is a plus
• Proficiency in Commercial Litigation is required
