We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in litigation, particularly in insurance defense, insurance coverage, and products liability. Job Responsibility

  • Handle litigation cases with a focus on insurance defense, insurance coverage, and products liability
  • Draft and review legal motions, pleadings, and briefs with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage discovery processes, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing evidence
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws
  • Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with active membership in the state bar
