Attorney/Lawyer

• Handle a caseload involving family-based immigration matters, adjustment of status filings, consular processing, waivers, and other affirmative immigration cases
• Meet directly with clients to gather facts, explain legal options, and provide guidance throughout each stage of representation
• Prepare, review, and submit applications, petitions, legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop case strategies that align with client goals, legal requirements, and procedural deadlines
• Work in partnership with attorneys and bilingual legal support staff to move matters forward efficiently and deliver strong client service
• Conduct legal research and apply relevant immigration and litigation principles to active cases
• Manage discovery, briefing, and motion practice when matters involve contested proceedings or litigation-related work
• Maintain organized case files and use legal technology tools to track progress, deadlines, and document workflow

• Active license and good standing with a U.S. state bar
• At least 1 year of legal experience or a strong foundation suitable for early-career practice growth
• Demonstrated interest in immigration law and commitment to serving diverse client communities
• Ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with clarity and precision
• Experience with or knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, and advocacy practices
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage responsibilities with increasing independence while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
• Spanish language skills are welcomed but not required
