Attorney/Lawyer

• Represent the firm in district courts across Texas, handling litigation matters with professionalism
• Attend administrative hearings to advocate on behalf of clients
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve cases efficiently
• Manage assigned cases, ensuring thorough review and timely responses to petitions, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Collaborate with partners and paralegal staff to meet deadlines and achieve client objectives
• Draft and file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documents with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain organized case files while adhering to strict deadlines and court schedules
• Travel as needed for court appearances and client meetings
• Provide clear and effective communication to explain complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the State of Texas
• At least two years of civil litigation experience, including motion hearings, trials, and discovery processes
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and legal professionals
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume legal practice
• Experience in negotiation and client relations, with confidence in resolving disputes
• Willingness to travel within the state as required for court and client engagements
