Attorney - Labor & Employment Litigation

Work on a variety of employment law matters, encompassing both individual plaintiff cases and wage & hour class actions

• At least 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation required
• Candidates must have demonstrated experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery
• Strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar is required

Admission to the NY Bar is a plus
