O’Hagan Meyer PLLC is looking for a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney who has 2-3 years of litigation experience to become part of our Philadelphia office. This is a wonderful opportunity for an attorney who is excited to work on a variety of employment law matters, encompassing both individual plaintiff cases and wage & hour class actions.

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation required
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery
Strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar is required
Nice to have:
Admission to the NY Bar is a plus
