Job Responsibility

Manage written discovery by drafting requests, preparing responses, and evaluating opposing party submissions
Appear at hearings, defend or take depositions, and support broader case preparation efforts for trial or settlement
Analyze facts, evidence, and legal exposure to help shape defense strategy and guide case development
Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and meet expected billable hour targets set by the firm
Work closely with colleagues and clients to communicate case updates, litigation risks, and recommended next steps
