Job Responsibility

  • Leverage U.S. immigration legal knowledge to achieve daily workflow targets and uphold the integrity of the case preparation program
  • Provide training to administrative staff on immigration filings, document processing, and job postings, offering guidance and reviewing work for legal accuracy and quality
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and resolution for legal and operational challenges
  • Propose innovative legal process improvements to elevate legal quality, enhance employee experience, optimize workflow, and build operational resilience
  • Conduct legal reviews of filings
  • Address legal inquiries related to employment eligibility verification processes
  • Support the resolution of complex employment eligibility verification issues
  • Train and oversee administrators involved in employment eligibility reverification
  • Assist managers in understanding labor certification requirements and obligations during applicant reviews
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding visa and green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status

Requirements

  • 1+ years of overall experience in the legal field
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university
  • Admission to the bar is required
