Job Description

As an Attendant-Loss Prevention, you will conduct investigations, address guest incidents, and maintain safety protocols at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central. The role requires a mix of physical duties, teamwork, and communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft, fraud, or lost items
  • Handle guest and employee complaints or incidents
  • Notify supervisors, police, or other authorities during emergencies
  • Escort unwelcome individuals from the property
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations
  • Prepare and review written documentation accurately
  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues
  • Defuse disturbances or altercations
  • Use computers for work information
  • Physically inspect equipment or tools
  • Perform additional specific duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • Ability to respond to work situations quickly
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting objects <50lbs without assistance)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in clear and professional communication
  • Positive working relationships
  • Knowledge of safety and security policies
  • Ability to use computers or point of sale systems to locate and enter work-related information
