As an Attendant-Loss Prevention, you will conduct investigations, address guest incidents, and maintain safety protocols at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central. The role requires a mix of physical duties, teamwork, and communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft, fraud, or lost items
Handle guest and employee complaints or incidents
Notify supervisors, police, or other authorities during emergencies
Escort unwelcome individuals from the property
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Prepare and review written documentation accurately
Develop positive relationships with colleagues
Defuse disturbances or altercations
Use computers for work information
Physically inspect equipment or tools
Perform additional specific duties as requested by supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
Ability to respond to work situations quickly
Ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting objects <50lbs without assistance)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in clear and professional communication
Positive working relationships
Knowledge of safety and security policies
Ability to use computers or point of sale systems to locate and enter work-related information
