Attendant-Loss Prevention position at Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi. Responsible for security, loss prevention, incident investigation, guest safety, and maintaining a secure hotel environment while providing excellent guest service.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft/fraud or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest complaints and incidents
Conduct interviews with relevant parties to obtain statements and information
Assist with and notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents
Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents
Handle business interruptions and complaints
Escort any unwelcome persons from the property
Defuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Prepare and review written documents
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Enter and locate work-related information using computers
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
