Job Description:

The Attendant-Loss Prevention position at Courtyard Xiamen involves conducting investigations, handling guest disturbances, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies, and maintaining property operation flow. Job Responsibility:

Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft or guest complaints
conduct interviews to collect information
assist with notifying manager or authorities in the event of incidents
complete incident reports
handle complaints and disturbances
escort unwelcome persons from the property
defuse disturbances and summon authorities if necessary
maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
provide exceptional guest service
perform physical tasks like walking, lifting, and inspecting equipment
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
ability to lift, move, push, or pull objects of varying weights
ability to move in narrow or uneven spaces
adherence to safety and security policies
ability to use computers and point of sale systems
strong interpersonal communication skills.
