Job Description:

Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery; maintain cleanliness and quality standards in laundry operations; foster a supportive and inclusive workplace environment; provide high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery
identify stained or damaged items and determine appropriate actions
inspect cleanliness of garments
set dryers based on fabric requirements
maintain lint and debris-free machinery
fold and prepare laundered articles
maintain accurate records
follow safety, security, and company policies
inspect tools and machines for defects
promote positive team collaboration
adhere to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

Ability to operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery
ability to identify stained or damaged items for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard
ability to inspect cleanliness of articles
ability to set dryers to designated times and temperatures
ability to remove lint and debris from dryers and filters
ability to fold cleaned articles manually or using a folding machine
ability to maintain accurate records of items laundered
knowledge and adherence to company safety and security policies and procedures
ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
physical ability to lift and move objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, sloping or uneven surfaces, and stairs or ramps
ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
ability to develop positive working relationships and support the team
high attention to quality standards.
