Job Responsibility:

  • Support and coordinate transition from Atlassian on-prem product stack to Atlassian cloud and further solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business units, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
  • Gather requirements and define projects scope, objectives, and timelines
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process
  • Monitor post-migration performance and user satisfaction. Identify opportunities for further optimizations
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials
  • Collaborate with 3rd parties vendors

Requirements:

  • proactive, interculturally open, able to absorb facts quickly
  • autonomously, organized, service- and customer-oriented
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in IT industries with at least 3 years’ experience in working with Atlassian Stack (Confluence/Jira On-Prem and Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian Products (Confluence/Jira On-Prem and Cloud)
  • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus
  • business fluent in written and spoken English and preferable German
