Job Description:

The Athlete Development Department supports the growth, well-being, and professional success of UFC athletes by providing resources, education, and hands-on support both in and out of competition. The team works closely with athletes, managers, and internal partners to coordinate appearances, sponsorships, and development initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in day-to-day communication between UFC athletes, managers, and internal staff
  • Support the coordination and tracking of athlete appearances, sponsorships, and activations
  • Help maintain internal records and messaging related to athlete activities
  • Provide on-site support during UFC event weeks, including athlete appearances and activations (as applicable)
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of educational resources for athletes
  • Support projects focused on athlete well-being and professional development
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends related to athlete development and performance

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
  • Junior, Senior, Graduate-level preferred or within six months of graduation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs: Photoshop, Premiere
  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
