The Athlete Development Department supports the growth, well-being, and professional success of UFC athletes by providing resources, education, and hands-on support both in and out of competition. The team works closely with athletes, managers, and internal partners to coordinate appearances, sponsorships, and development initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in day-to-day communication between UFC athletes, managers, and internal staff
Support the coordination and tracking of athlete appearances, sponsorships, and activations
Help maintain internal records and messaging related to athlete activities
Provide on-site support during UFC event weeks, including athlete appearances and activations (as applicable)
Assist with the preparation and distribution of educational resources for athletes
Support projects focused on athlete well-being and professional development
Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends related to athlete development and performance
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
Junior, Senior, Graduate-level preferred or within six months of graduation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs: Photoshop, Premiere
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
