Minimum 4+ years of experience in ATE test or product engineering with test development experience preferred
Hands-on experience with Teradyne ATE platforms (Example: UltraFLEX, UltraFLEXPlus)
Solid understanding of semiconductor test fundamentals, including test program bring-up, debug, and correlation
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as C#, .NET, VBA, C, or C++
C# .NET proficiency is highly preferred

Job Responsibility

Contribute to project development activities, supporting test solution implementation from requirement understanding through release
Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices on Teradyne ATE platforms (Example: UltraFLEX, UltraFLEXPlus)
Support test program bring-up, correlation, and release-to-production activities
Troubleshoot technical issues using structured analysis and practical problem-solving approaches
Optimize test solutions to improve yield, throughput, and overall test efficiency
Work with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and deliver effective engineering solutions, including on-site support when required
Collaborate with global application and engineering teams to align on scope, schedule, and technical execution
Manage assigned tasks effectively while adapting to changing project needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience
5+ years ATE test development experience
CI/CD Pipeline Experience (Gitlab, Jenkins)
Test experience of digital, power management IC (PMIC), RF, or mixed-signal devices
Knowledge and experience of script language (Perl, Python, etc) programing is a plus

Job Responsibility

Support customer test engineers and product engineers in development and deployment of test solutions for customer devices
Design test interface hardware for device under test (DUT)
Create test programs in C#/Visual Basic to perform digital, analog, radio frequency (RF) and mixed-signal test functions
Support customer device bring up and debug
Create characterization test programs, collect data and perform data analysis
Perform test correlation and data analysis, support release for production
Report customer bugs/problems to engineering and manage follow up delivery of fixes
Develop supporting tools to support customer test program generation
Collect customer needs and requests, communicate to internal engineering team to develop new solutions for customer
Work with worldwide support teams to coordinate project development and on time delivery of critical project milestone
