Job Description:

The At Your Service Runner is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering requested items and maintaining communication equipment. The role involves physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects, as well as adhering to company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Test beepers and radios to ensure communications equipment works properly
Place requested items such as rollaway beds and refrigerators in guest rooms
Deliver extra towels, bathrobes, and other items to guest rooms
Provide complimentary toiletries to guests
Deliver items (e.g., messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, gift items) to guest rooms
May deliver food, beverage or other amenities and assemble orders to go

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
