Job Description:

Join Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park as an At Your Service Agent. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences through communication, relationship building, and hotel operations. Candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess relevant industry experience. Job Responsibility:

Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations
answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices
operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests, connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension
provide information to guests about room features and local areas of interest
assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process
handle general enquiries, engage with our fun hunters and let them play on through each guest experience
build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
support your front office crew in general operational tasks
take guest reservations and perform credit card responsibilities

Requirements:

Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
relevant industry experience in a similar role
working rights in Australia
NSW RSA
enthusiastic to escalate your career
self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
