The Guest Experience Expert role involves creating a memorable guest experience through operational needs, addressing guest requests, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes at the Dearborn Inn Autograph Collection. The role is part of Marriott’s premium hospitality portfolio and is an opportunity to join a global team.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a memorable and unique guest experience
deliver a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay
address guest requests
complete reports
share local area highlights

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to work flexible shifts
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
