Job Responsibility

Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Assist with the Junior Gym program on a Tues & Fri morning - being physically fit and able to set up and pack down equipment
Deal appropriately with cash handling and EFTPOS machines
Assisting the kiosk coordinator with day to day tasks
Serve snacks, meals and hot / cold drinks in the kiosk area
Responding appropriately to emergency situations
Resolve problems and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
