Job Description:

As a BCBA at Action Behavior, you play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the children we serve. Develop Treatment Plans, Supervise and Mentor RBTs, Collaborate with Families, and Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy. Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
