Undertake remote provide/ commissioning work on Tx, IP and equipment deployed on customer and network sites to current specifications
Deal effectively /efficiently with queries from customers
Perform regular audits on the networks and systems
Provide technical support to others in the department and to customers
Make recommendations to VBSE management on complex technical matters
