Job Description

Be part of the 24x7 Shift team within the VBSE Assure NOC, supporting multiple networks, providing 2nd Line operational support to Government customers. Provide expert technical services focusing on Transmission and IP elements within the VBSE network. Undertake Assure team maintenance and fault work in accordance with customer service level agreements. Undertake remote provide/commissioning work on Tx, IP and equipment deployed on customer and network sites to current specifications. Deal effectively/efficiently with queries from customers. Perform regular audits on the networks and systems. Provide technical support to others in the department and to customers. Make recommendations to VBSE management on complex technical matters.
