Job Description:

As part of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve team in Rissai Valley, this role involves managing housekeeping operations and ensuring service standards. The position requires close collaboration with other departments, adherence to the company's Gold Standards, and providing high-quality guest experiences. The role offers an opportunity to work within a globally recognized luxury hotel brand.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pools after cleaning to ensure quality standards
run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning
update the status of departing guest rooms
assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
handle guest service needs and issues professionally.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
