Job Description:

Asst. Director of Housekeeping role at Rissai Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, where the candidate will lead housekeeping operations with adherence to Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards
run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
assist Housekeeping Management in managing daily activities
act as liaison between departments such as Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
document and resolve discrepancies
prepare and distribute room assignments
train and supervise staff
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
maintain adherence to quality standards
push and pull loaded housekeeping carts and machinery
move, lift, carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
