Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing strategic operational plans. Lead and motivate the team to ensure departmental goals are fully aligned with company objectives. Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, service operations, or project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI productivity tools
Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement
Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
