Job Description

Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing strategic operational plans. Lead and motivate the team to ensure departmental goals are fully aligned with company objectives. Take charge of end-to-end project management, manpower management, resource planning, and client relations. Formulate contingency plans to ensure a consistent and stable workforce. Implement and manage departmental policies and procedures to maximize efficiency. Monitor adherence to compliance standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Strategically schedule manpower to maximize operational output within budget. Diligently monitor and control costs to optimize project profitability and reduce operational overhead. Analyze and resolve on-site issues with speed and accuracy. Proactively assess technical challenges and develop robust mitigation plans to minimize risk. Conduct random physical inspections across all sites to ensure service delivery meets scheduled standards. Identify and implement measures to bridge operational gaps and continuously improve client relationships. Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimal efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, service operations, or project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI productivity tools
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
