Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandising Manager (Luxury/Fashion Retail) to join one of our clients, a well-known MNC group. This role will support the merchandising function in driving product assortment, sales performance, and inventory optimization across assigned categories.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and execution of merchandising strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets
  • Manage and analyze product assortment, stock levels, and sales performance across multiple SKUs
  • Work closely with buying, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock flow and product availability
  • Monitor seasonal performance and provide actionable insights for in-season trading decisions
  • Assist in range planning, pricing strategy, and markdown management
  • Collaborate with regional teams and suppliers, where applicable
  • Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports for management review
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve category performance

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably premium/luxury or fashion background
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing large SKU volumes is highly preferred
