Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Manager with experience in selling SaaS-based products. An Ideal candidate must be motivated and results-driven Sales Professional with prior experience in SaaS to join our growing team.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across domestic and international markets
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Drive full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing, with a focus on recurring revenue
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align sales strategies with business goals
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively convey value propositions to clients
  • Ability to close deals with win-win outcomes
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple accounts or leads efficiently
  • Understanding the market, competitors, and positioning strategies

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience in international / cross-border sales, especially targeting US, UK, or APAC markets
  • Prior experience selling HR-related SaaS products (e.g., ATS, performance management, HRIS, etc.)
  • Understanding global HR practices and challenges is a plus
