Job Description:

The Asst Loyalty Manager at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa will respond to guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide information about property amenities and local attractions. They will collaborate with management to improve department performance, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain positive working relationships. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Take and confirm reservations and cancellations
Provide information about property amenities and local areas
Arrange special services for guests
Collaborate with management to improve department performance
Assign and ensure completion of work tasks
Maintain company policies and standards
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure quality expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
