Job Responsibility:
Monitor upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure as per defined standards
Review Catering and Banquet operations
Establish a process for food court operations
Plan for employee catering
Work with vendors to fix menus and rates
Set up food courts, health club and leisure facilities
Co-ordinate visitor management
Establish ECC/guesthouses / staff hostels / dormitories and ensure operations
Take over new infrastructure and set up for operations
To maintain consistency and achieve 99.5% of timely AHD closure in F&B operations
Develop F&B workflow to meet SLAs
Ensures compliance in the area of operation
Requirements:
Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms
Experience in vendor management
Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management & catering technology, 8-10 years in facilities management or related area of operation
BS or Associates in facilities, property, business or related
