Job Responsibility

  • Monitor upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure as per defined standards
  • Review Catering and Banquet operations
  • Establish a process for food court operations
  • Plan for employee catering
  • Work with vendors to fix menus and rates
  • Set up food courts, health club and leisure facilities
  • Co-ordinate visitor management
  • Establish ECC/guesthouses / staff hostels / dormitories and ensure operations
  • Take over new infrastructure and set up for operations
  • To maintain consistency and achieve 99.5% of timely AHD closure in F&B operations
  • Develop F&B workflow to meet SLAs
  • Ensures compliance in the area of operation

Requirements

  • Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
  • Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management & catering technology, 8-10 years in facilities management or related area of operation
  • BS or Associates in facilities, property, business or related
