Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate on the development of seasonal color palettes, print concepts, and pattern designs for various programs
  • Contribute to creating compelling presentation boards and visual aids that communicate design concepts and product proposals
  • Execute and refine creative artwork, including colorways, prints, and patterns, through pitching and editing processes
  • Develop detailed CAD designs and explanatory visuals to guide external manufacturing partners
  • Serve as a key point of contact for ongoing communication with vendors and other external partners
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensive database of color and print assets
  • Interpret and adapt broader trend directions into specific design proposals for our product lines
  • Conduct thorough research into current trends, competitive landscapes, and runway analysis to inform design concepts
  • Manage the intake, organization, and distribution of design samples and materials, ensuring efficient workflow for design and production teams
  • Maintain a meticulously organized design library, facilitating easy access to historical data, techniques, and approved samples, supporting the overall design approval process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Art and Fashion or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant design role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
