Job Responsibility

  • Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with applicable laws
  • Facilitate bank and equity financing processes, providing strategic advice and legal support to clients
  • Manage the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses and commercial real estate properties
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate and real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business goals and tailor legal solutions accordingly
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to ensure proper compliance and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely and effective legal services
  • Assist in resolving disputes and addressing complex legal challenges within the business context
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to enhance service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts and transaction documents
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills to address complex legal issues effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with bank and equity financings is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
