Job Responsibility:
Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with applicable laws
Facilitate bank and equity financing processes, providing strategic advice and legal support to clients
Manage the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses and commercial real estate properties
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate and real estate transactions
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business goals and tailor legal solutions accordingly
Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to ensure proper compliance and operational efficiency
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely and effective legal services
Assist in resolving disputes and addressing complex legal challenges within the business context
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts and transaction documents
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills to address complex legal issues effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with bank and equity financings is highly desirable
Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
