Job Description:

An international law firm with a strong presence in the City of London is seeking an ambitious Associate to join their high-performing property team. Known for delivering complex and high-value work across all areas of commercial property law, this firm has built a reputation as a market leader in real estate. The successful Associate will be involved in major investment, development, regeneration and financing deals, supporting some of the biggest names in the sector.

Job Responsibility:

Play a key role in significant client matters
Act on complex property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development schemes and real estate joint ventures
Work closely with high-profile clients including asset managers, institutional investors, developers and financial institutions
Manage day-to-day responsibilities on transactions
Draft and negotiate documentation
Liaise with clients and external parties to ensure delivery of commercial, timely legal advice

Requirements:

UK-qualified solicitor with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience in a property-focused legal role
Strong experience in commercial property transactions, ideally gained in a City or international firm
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Commercially minded with an ability to provide practical solutions to complex matters
Proactive team player with a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
Interest in supporting junior colleagues and contributing to wider team development
