The Employee Success Technology team is looking for an Associate Workday Integrations Engineer; an ideal candidate applies subject matter knowledge to solve business issues. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Hands-on design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Integrations including Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS) with nested calculated fields, Connectors, and Outbound EIBs
Supporting our internal business stakeholders through the Jira support intake channel, identifying and resolving issues, and providing premier support experience
Collaborate with IT and other Back Office functions on cross-functional projects
Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues
Design and Develop new reports requested by stakeholders
Troubleshoot and fix production issues and help prioritize against existing backlog based on severity and impact
Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes
Be able to provide backup support in the absence of an HRIS Analyst for minor issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
1-3 years of experience building Workday Integrations with RaaS, EIB, and Core Connectors
Prerequisite knowledge of Workday’s configurable security, Core HCM Business Processes, Alerts and Notifications framework
Experience with Workday Web Services
Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields
Familiarity with Workday release management and change control processes
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Nice to have:
Workday HCM certification is a plus
