Job Responsibility

Support the procurement team in transactions and internal reporting for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment and long-term service agreements in close coordination with development, construction, and operations business units
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute sourcing solutions for multi-technology projects
Support competitive RFx bidding and contracting efforts in coordination with internal stakeholders and OEMs.
Provide document support and input on supply and service agreements with vendors and stakeholders to ensure efficient closure of negotiations and stakeholder review
Take ownership of and negotiate key exhibits to relevant contracts and ensure stakeholder review and engagement
Facilitate the procure-to-pay process for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment, including vendor qualification and onboarding, vendor selection, TSA negotiations, long-term service agreement negotiations, internal approvals, issuance of purchase orders, management of payments, logistics, and quality assurance
Maintain records of received turbine and service bids and work with internal SMEs to generate forward-looking technology and cost projections for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment
Support technology assessments and reviews of existing and upcoming turbine platforms, and effectively communicate the opportunities and risks associated with each technology
Assist internal project and engineering teams with coordinating RFIs to equipment manufacturers
Assist with the project financing process, facilitating inputs from OEMs and interdisciplinary teams to independent engineering (IE) questions

Effectively lead negotiations with support from Senior Manager, identifying and mitigating cost and schedule risks while ensuring alignment with Clearway policies
Ensure that Clearway risks are mitigated through alignment across major project agreements (TSA, Service Maintenance agreement, PPA, EPC agreement, Warranty, etc.)
Review the scope of supply and scope of work on different contracts to ensure that there are no gaps and that interfaces are well-established and understood by all parties
Support and strengthen strategic relationships with key EPC partners, ensuring effective contract management while actively driving progress toward MOUs and project milestones
Interface with EPC Contractors to gather and analyze market intelligence on emerging trends, tariff impacts, and legislative or policy changes that may influence the bidding process and project schedule
