We are looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor to join a high-performing team in Boston, Massachusetts, where you will help deliver thoughtful guidance and an excellent client experience. In this role, you will work alongside senior advisors on financial planning, investment strategy support, and relationship management while building the skills needed to manage client engagements more independently over time. Job Responsibility
Partner with senior advisors to develop financial planning analyses and support tailored wealth strategies for clients
Contribute to investment recommendation preparation by gathering data, organizing insights, and helping ensure materials are ready for review
Participate in client meetings, document key takeaways, and coordinate timely follow-up on action items and service needs
Assist with new client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing administrative activities to maintain accurate and efficient account management
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver a seamless and responsive client experience
Help manage day-to-day client relationship needs by addressing requests, tracking priorities, and supporting service delivery
Prepare clear, organized planning and meeting materials that help advisors present recommendations effectively
Gradually assume greater responsibility for selected client relationships as experience, judgment, and advisory capability grow
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
4–8 years of relevant experience in private wealth management, wealth management, or a closely related advisory environment
A credential such as CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or a similar designation is required
Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment concepts, wealth accumulation, and wealth preservation strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in client-facing settings
Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities and follow-up items
Demonstrated commitment to client service and the ability to work effectively with advisors, colleagues, and external partners
