Claris Advisors (Anders Affiliate) is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. Job Responsibility:
Manage and execute both direct portfolio trading and indirect third-party portfolio trading
Develop and implement new client portfolios, assisting Senior Advisors where necessary
Facilitate and conduct cash management reviews, including report generation, meeting coordination, and trade execution
Conduct client reviews and build strong client relationships through the delivery of exceptional service and advice
Assist Senior Advisors with the daily management of client portfolios, wealth analysis, new client onboarding, and client/prospect review preparation
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analysis for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives
Develop personalized wealth management plans tailored to each client's individual needs, considering factors such as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and time horizon
Provide strategic advice on investment opportunities, asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and wealth preservation strategies
Develops mastery of Claris Advisors investment philosophy
Mastery of technology stack offered, including CRM system and custodian websites
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of financial services experience
Obtain Series 65 license or equivalent within 120 days of employment if not already obtained
A clean U4
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently or as a team
Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to team needs
Ability to empathize with clients' financial situations and goals to help build trust and rapport
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze financial data, identify challenges or opportunities, and develop creative solutions to meet clients' objectives
Ability to display ethical integrity to prioritize clients' interests, disclose potential conflicts of interest, and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements
