Associate/VP, Pan-European Sales

• Drive client revenue and client relationships across Global Equities, primarily in Europe and Globally where required
• Generate revenue from marketing RBC's research product, client interactions, idea generation
• Collaborate across all GE platform products to cross sell
• including but not limited to Electronic, Equity Derivatives and ETFs
• Support our GIB franchise by marketing and placing primary transactions, ECM/Corporate brokership feedback and pitches as required
• Work collaboratively within GE and the whole CM organisation to identify more opportunities and drive long term growth
• Undertake and pass all required FCA exams and registrations
• Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
• Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
• Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly

• FCA Registration
• Knowledge across the full GE product suite
• Ability to develop, market and monetize
