We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing sales teams, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue in the EV sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the rapidly growing electric vehicle market.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive EV charger sales in B2B and B2C markets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market footprint
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in events to expand the company’s network
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales management, particularly in EV chargers or related industries
Strong understanding of the EV charger market, technology, and regulations
Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
Proficient in forecasting, tracking sales performance, and using CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events
