Job Responsibility

  • Owns client relationships and serves as the day-to-day lead across multiple small accounts or large workstreams
  • Manages timelines and deliverables for multiple clients with minimal oversight, proactively addresses issues, and builds trusted client partnerships
  • Leads strategic development of integrated paid media plans across multiple clients
  • Translates business goals and audience insights into high-impact channel strategies
  • Oversees platform selection, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks to ensure performance and ROI
  • Mentors team and drives innovation in paid media tactics
  • Designs and executes high-performing fundraising campaigns across digital channels with focus on donor acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Oversees junior staff in campaign execution while also being able to jump in and directly launch and optimize campaigns as needed
  • Brings a proactive, strategic mindset to campaigns from launches to mid stream optimizations to wrap
  • Manages finance ops process
  • Guides junior staff in creating strong client reporting and adds strategic insights
  • Clearly communicates complex nuance and in depth media plans to the client
  • Oversees development of clear, strategic, and persuasive content across projects
  • Provides guidance and editorial oversight, elevating team outputs through thoughtful feedback and mentorship

Requirements

  • 8+ years of agency experience working in paid media programming, strategy and management
  • Ability to manage many different projects at once
  • Proven track record in lower funnel, direct response advertising and fundraising campaigns
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, energetic, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience managing and guiding junior talent
  • Ability to work with colleagues across the agency
