Job Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough assessments of internal and external factors to support prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential risks
  • Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to executive leadership based on the assessments
  • Provides leadership of cross functional, complex transformative initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with business unit leaders in setting vision, aspiration, and priorities, developing roadmaps, and setting up appropriate management systems for execution
  • Design new concepts, solutions and organizational perspectives based on project objectives
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives by prototyping new models and recommending opportunities for scaling
  • Proactively communicate progress to the leadership teams regarding the implementation and value delivered of all projects and strategies
  • Play a key role in the development and maintenance of methodology, approaches, toolsets, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large multi-state healthcare integrated delivery system
  • Proven track record in strategic assessments, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and challenges
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve organizational objectives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex information, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
