Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of internal and external factors to support prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role within a large multi-state healthcare integrated delivery system
  • Proven track record in strategic assessments, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and challenges
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex information, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions
