Job Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough assessments of internal and external factors to support prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential risks
  • Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to executive leadership based on the assessments

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role within a large multi-state healthcare integrated delivery system
  • Proven track record in strategic assessments, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and challenges
