  • Design-to-Development Handoff: Help translate design intentions into practical documentation for developers, ensuring that functionality and content requirements are implemented accurately
  • Content Implementation: Assist clients with content preparation and organization using proven, repeatable processes to plan for content needs, support production of new content that aligns with the updated design strategy, and conduct content migrations
  • Client Education & Support: Provide clients with training and documentation to confidently manage their platforms post-launch, while gathering feedback to inform continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Agency experience strongly desired, including experience balancing multiple projects concurrently
  • Hands-on experience managing content within a CMS (ideally CMS-agnostic
  • WordPress, AEM, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Proven track record communicating directly and regularly with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with UX design, development, or digital project workflows, and comfort collaborating across disciplines
  • Experience contributing to information architecture deliverables (e.g., content types, taxonomies, or sitemaps)
  • Experience conducting content audits, organizing assets, migrating content, or performing content quality assurance
  • Experience creating supporting artifacts such as wireframes, content outlines, or documentation to guide content implementation

Nice to have:
