Job Responsibility
Understand product goals, user psychology, and pain points
Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with senior team members to conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate fast
Assist in defining user journeys and persona-driven workflows
Explore creative ways to improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture
Support visual design efforts and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Communicate ideas clearly—whether it’s a rough sketch or a polished prototype
Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, case studies, or passion projects
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe, or similar
