Job Description:

In this role, you will use your technical knowledge together with your French language skills to support researchers, scientists, and clinicians by troubleshooting technical issues and helping them successfully carry out their experiments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing prompt, professional, and accurate technical support to French-speaking and international customers via phone and email
  • Assisting customers in understanding and optimizing experimental setups using the Client’s products
  • Continuously expanding knowledge of relevant technologies, products, and internal processes
  • Contributing to the improvement of support processes and the development of future service solutions
  • Managing and prioritizing incoming inquiries to effectively meet both customer and team needs
  • Coordinating collaboration with other internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Practical experience or a technical background in electronics or electromechanics gained through professional experience or academic studies
  • Fluent French and English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
  • A customer-focused approach combined with a positive attitude when working in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting technical issues
