As a first-responder on our elite 32-person TechOps team, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, master modern tools, and collaborate with experts across Engineering, Security, Product, and Support. This is your launchpad into fintech and platform development, with strong support to help you grow, build your skills, and progress into broader technical roles over time.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the first line of defence: Use documented runbooks to resolve technical and security issues swiftly and accurately
  • Monitor and act: Utilise tools like Datadog to track systems and respond to alerts
  • Escalate smartly: Utilise the Incident Management system to promptly and report customer-impacting incidents and anomalies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Security and Engineering teams to support safe, reliable operations
  • Grow expertise: Learn how PPRO’s products, systems, and operations work so you can respond faster and with greater accuracy
